 I ordered my product 3 days ago and still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation. What is the hold up?
A: Dear customer, we are a small company trying to fulfill a big demand. Please be patient with us. We will try to process your order within 1 week of receiving your order. 

Q: Only 1 of my products came in the mail, where is the other one?
A: Do not worry! We probably shipped your order separately to expedite the shipping process. You will be receive multiple tracking numbers after we fulfill your order. Please check the status of those.

Q: My product has been "in transit" or "in customs" for over 12 days now. What should I do?
A: Your order was probably being held by your customs agent. Please contact your local post office to ask about the status of your order.
